What a standard build includes.

One project, one flat quote, handed over at launch. Anything beyond this list is scoped and quoted separately.

Target timeline: seven business days. The seven-business-day target starts once payment, access, and required information are all in. If photos, copy approval, or domain access are outstanding, the clock pauses and the client is told. Steps that depend on a third party, such as a domain transfer or a registrar, sit outside the target.

The standard five-page website is $1,750. Once the scope is confirmed against the package, you get one flat quote for the whole project. Bigger or more complicated work is quoted separately before anything begins.

The quote is the price. White Hill does not discount, and a budget that does not fit the standard build is handled by adjusting the scope.

None of the following is included in the $1,750 standard build. Each item is available as custom work with its own scope and quote, agreed before anything begins.

White Hill does not offer ranking or traffic guarantees, hacked-site recovery, certified accessibility conformance, or regulated data handling such as HIPAA or PCI.

What the scope covers

The written scope defines the deliverables. It does not include commitments on search positions, traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, or third-party uptime.

    $1,050 to begin. Work starts once it clears. The build is delivered for review with one revision round.

    Final payment, then launch

    $700 before launch. You own the site and the domain, and the finished build is handed over. Thirty days of support follow.
