Revenue Recovery · The Opportunity Engine · In pilot validation
You sent the estimate. Then nothing.
Every quote you sent and never heard back on is work you already paid for. White Hill finds it in the systems you already use and tells you what needs a decision today. You approve every message.

01 · Ground truth
The next job is usually already in your business.
It is sitting in a quote you sent in June, an email you meant to answer, a name on a legal pad in the truck.
The quote went quiet
You drove out there, measured it, priced it, and sent it. Then the season got busy and nobody ever heard yes or no.
The lead never landed
A form came in at 9:40 on a Tuesday night. It sat under forty other emails until it was too late to matter.
The later never came back
They said to call in the spring. Spring came. Nothing reminded anybody, and they hired whoever called first.
Nobody has time to chase it
You are running crews and bidding work. Reading back through old records is not the job, so it never gets done.
02 · The cost
You did not lose a lead. You paid for this one.
A missed lead costs you the chance and nothing else. An estimate costs you the drive, the hour on site, and the evening pricing it. That money is gone whether they ever answer or not.
Plenty of those were always going to be a no. Right now nobody knows which ones.
03 · What it does
Recover. Capture. Prevent.
Three jobs run quietly on records your business already produces. Nothing to enter twice. No new system for anyone to learn.
- 01
Recover
The first time it reads your history, White Hill pulls out everything that never reached an answer: estimates with no outcome, conversations that stopped halfway, customers who asked for a call later, and past customers due for the service again.
The backlog you earned - 02
Capture
From then on it picks up new leads, estimates, replies, appointments, jobs, and revenue events as they arrive. Every item keeps a link back to the record it came from, so you can always check its work.
Connect once - 03
Prevent
Every opportunity stays tracked until it reaches a real ending: won, lost, postponed, do not contact, or needs a person. Anything uncertain lands in front of you instead of being guessed at.
Nothing drops silently
04 · Connect once
You authorize. It does the rest.
Setup is a conversation, not a migration project. You say which systems White Hill may read and how far back it may look.

Records do not need to be tidy. White Hill reads what it can, keeps a pointer back to the original row, and hands you anything it is not sure about instead of quietly making it up. Access is read-only: it never edits, deletes, or writes back to a source system.
White Hill is one product with one core. What differs between two businesses is configuration: which sources are on, how far back to look, what counts as an opportunity in your trade, which channels and hours are allowed, and who approves what.
No connector is live yet. The first real source will be chosen by the first signed pilot, not advertised in advance.
05 · One synthetic day
Two minutes with coffee, not another CRM to run.
This is the shape of a daily owner report. Every name, record, and figure below is synthetic sample data from the product's own test fixtures. No real business, customer, or result is shown.
| Lane | Record | What happened | Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recover | Homeowner 101 | Estimate sent, then a question nobody answered. Follow-up drafted, waiting for approval. | $4,200 |
| Capture | Property Manager 102 | New request from the website form. | $1,850 |
| Capture | Ranch 104 | Booked a site visit without being asked. | $2,400 |
| Prevent | Farm 103 | Open estimate, no answer either way. Blocked on purpose: no recorded permission covers this contact. | $7,600 |
| Prevent | Unclassified 105 | No rule matched this record. No assumption made, no action taken. Needs a person. | Not estimated |
Synthetic sample. Pipeline and revenue are never added together. Verified revenue counts only what a source record can prove, which is why it reads zero here. A value White Hill does not know is shown as unknown, never as zero. A blocked item can never be approved into a send: lifting a block means fixing the underlying permission.
06 · The Recovery Pilot
Six steps. You can stop at any of them.
A Recovery Pilot is a small, scoped test with a written stop date and a written deletion date. It is not a contract, not a migration, and not a subscription.
- 01
Authorize
You put in writing which systems White Hill may read, how far back, how long the pilot runs, when access ends, and when the data is deleted. Nothing is touched before you sign it.
You - 02
Connect small
Usually one export from wherever your estimates already live. Read-only, no cleanup, nothing new for your crew to learn.
Together - 03
Discover
White Hill reads that window and hands you a list of the work it believes never got an answer, with the source record and confidence shown for each line.
White Hill - 04
Review
You go down the list and say what it got right, what it got wrong, and what it missed. You know your customers and it does not.
You - 05
Measure
Count what was found, how much was worth acting on, how much of your time it cost, and what came of it. Real numbers, including the disappointing ones.
Together - 06
Decide
Continue, change the scope, or stop and delete. If there is nothing worth recovering in your records, that is a real answer and you will be told so.

07 · Straight answers
Before you ask. The plain version.
Who is this actually for?
Estimate-driven trades where the jobs are worth real money and follow-up depends on whoever remembers. Roughly twenty or more estimates a month, owner-led or a small team, no sales department. Tree service, septic, fencing, hardscape, excavation, concrete, irrigation, well drilling, land clearing, and specialty fabrication are the shape.
Is it available to buy today?
No. There is no signup, no pricing page, and no self-serve product. What is on offer is a scoped pilot with a written stop date, for a small number of owner-led trade businesses.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not set. What a subscription should cost is one of the questions the pilots exist to answer, and quoting a number before that would be making it up. White Hill website prices do not apply to this product. Whatever a pilot involves is written down and agreed before anything starts.
Will it message customers?
Not on its own, and not by accident. White Hill can draft a follow-up and check it against permission, consent, suppression, and your business hours. Then it stops and waits for you. Nothing is sent without a person approving it.
Do records need cleaning up, or systems switching?
No. White Hill starts with your records exactly as they are. Access is read-only. It never edits a record, never deletes one, and never writes anything back.
What happens to the data when a pilot ends?
The written scope names a stop date and a deletion date before you grant any access at all. On that date the pilot data is deleted and the deletion is evidenced. Extending it takes a new written scope, not silence.
Are the numbers on this page real results?
No. Every figure, business name, and record in the sample is synthetic. White Hill has run no external pilot and has no recovery results, no customer stories, and no verified customer revenue to report. What is built is a working multi-tenant engine that runs end to end on synthetic data: it reads source records, sorts them into opportunities with evidence, enforces contact permission, keeps an audit trail, and produces reconciled owner reports.
