What we collect. Only what you choose to send. The forms on this site do not transmit anything: they prepare an email in your own mail app, and nothing reaches us unless you press send there. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and message.

Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, the service that hosts this site may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and delivery.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and runs no advertising or social-media trackers. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Booking. The call booking link opens Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly and shared with us to hold the meeting.

How we use information. To respond to your inquiry, provide our services, communicate about your project, and protect the site from abuse. Nothing else.

Who we share it with. Only service providers that make the work possible, such as our hosting and email providers. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you or as the law requires, then delete it.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, including Oregon and California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@whitehillweb.com and we will honor verified requests as applicable law requires.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be assured.

Changes. We may update this page from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
