Small business+ Creators+ Restaurants+ Independent brands
One clear site.
Built for you.
Most small businesses do not need a bigger website. They need one that loads fast, says what they actually do, and makes it obvious how to get in touch. That is what this is. I build it, you own it, and you get one flat quote before any work starts.
What a standard build includes.
One project, one flat quote, handed over at launch. If something you need is not on this list, it is not automatically excluded. It just gets scoped and quoted separately instead of quietly absorbed.

$1,000
Standard website totalStarting price
Pricing starts at $1,000. Once I know what you need, I give you one flat quote for the whole project, and that quote is the price. A bigger or more complicated build costs more, and you will know the number before anything begins.
Care, if you want it
$150 per month. Optional, cancel anytime. Billing starts the month after launch, never during the build.
- Hosting managementIncluded
- BackupsIncluded
- Security checksIncluded
- Form testingIncluded
- Broken-link checksIncluded
- Software updates where applicableIncluded
- Basic performance monitoringIncluded
- Content changesUp to 45 min / month
- Priority email supportIncluded
- Monthly reportIncluded
The 45 minutes does not roll over, and you are told that now rather than in month three. Work beyond it is quoted separately. Care is offered once at onboarding and once when the 30-day support window ends. It is not re-pitched every month, and declining it does not change the support you already paid for.
Real work. Priced properly.
None of the following is included in the $1,000 standard build. It is all legitimate work and I am glad to do most of it. It just needs its own scope and its own quote, because pretending otherwise is how a project quietly goes wrong for both of us.
Things I will not take on
Ranking or traffic guarantees, hacked-site recovery, certified accessibility conformance, and regulated data handling such as HIPAA or PCI. Saying yes to those would mean doing them badly.
Things I will not promise
Positions, traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, uptime, or anything that depends on a third party I do not control. You will get the scope in writing and nothing beyond it.
Concept categories, labeled as such.
This page shows no client logos, no testimonials, and no project counts, because a new offer that borrows credibility it has not earned is worth less than one that does not. Below is the kind of build each category means. They are descriptions of scope, not case studies, and none of them represents a specific client.
Local service business
Concept category. Five pages, clear service list, service area, and one contact path that works on a phone. The goal is that someone finds you and calls.
Restaurant or cafe
Concept category. Hours, location, and a readable menu that does not require pinching to zoom. Frequently changing menus or online ordering are custom scope.
Creator or independent brand
Concept category. A home worth linking to from a profile: the work, the story, and a way to reach you. Merchandise storefronts are custom scope.
Small studio or practice
Concept category. What you do, who it is for, and how to start. Intake beyond a basic form, scheduling, and portals are custom scope.
How a project actually starts.
1. Tell me what you need
Email a few sentences about the business and what the site has to do. No form to fill out and nothing to install.
2. You get one flat quote
I confirm the scope in writing and give you a single number for the whole project. If it is a standard build, that number is $1,000.
3. Deposit, then build
$500 to begin. Work starts once it clears, and I come back to you with the build and one revision round.
4. Final payment, then launch
$500 before the site goes live. You own the site and the domain, and I hand over what I built.
Secure checkout connection pending. Request scope first.
Checkout will run on the payment processor's own hosted page when it is switched on. Turning it on is a separate approved step and it is not active yet, so there is deliberately no button here rather than a link that goes nowhere. Amounts are fixed and set by White Hill: nothing on this page lets a visitor choose or change what is charged, and no card details are ever entered on whitehillweb.com. Until then, email to confirm scope and I will send a payment request directly.
Every message reaches Ian directly. Nothing on this page connects to your accounts or charges anything.
